Booking a desk or a meeting room at Alliance couldn’t be easier!

We have an app, available via the internet or your mobile device, to make it even more straightforward!

The simplest way to book a desk or meeting room is by clicking the link below:

This will take you to the booking app. If it’s your first booking, you will be asked for some basic details so that your booking can be confirmed.

Once you have filled in those details, you will see a screen which offers options like ‘Rooms’ and ‘Desks’ and looks a bit like this:

Click on what you would like to book, pick the room / desk you would like and the date / time you would like it. It’s as simple as that!

This will allow you to book on a ‘pay as you go’ basis.

To get access to discounts, then you will need to become a member. Our memberships start from as little as £10 per month.

To become a member, please contact us by email and we will set you up or you can click on ‘memberships’ within the booking app. This will send a request to us and we can take it from there!
